The ERT project was the first self-calibrating, smart and compact spirometer system ever developed by us.

DEVELOPMENT CHALLENGES

  • Radio authorization according to RED as well as according to FCC, ISED, PTCRB and GCF
  • EMC conformity according to IEC 60601-1-2 (Edition 4)
  • Contactless charging of the handheld device
  • Proximity sensor for sensor unit >10,000 cycles

  • Tightness of the disposable (PT tube)
  • Drop test: height of drop 1.50m for sensor unit
